At Enhanced Supplements, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you need to return a product, address an order issue, or report a discrepancy, please send the item(s) back to our Enhanced Supplements Customer Service Centre. While shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, we will gladly refund your original shipping costs if the return is due to an error on our part, a defective product, or an order discrepancy (such as receiving the wrong product or flavor). If you are returning a product due to our mistake and require a replacement, we will cover the additional shipping costs.
Please note that all promotional items (e.g., t-shirts, shaker cups, samples) included with your original order must be returned to receive a full refund. If these items are not returned, the refund amount may be adjusted accordingly. Before sending any returns, please contact our Customer Service Centre via email at enhancedsupplementz@gmail.com For approval.
Purchasing by Minors
For the safety and protection of our customers, Enhanced Supplements does not sell to minors. If you are under the legal age of majority, please have a parent or legal guardian make the purchase on your behalf.
Misprints
On rare occasions, misprints may occur in our printed materials, email promotions, or on our website. In such cases, Enhanced Supplements reserves the right to correct any errors and may not be able to honor the incorrect information. We also reserve the right to refuse any order or offer affected by such misprints.
Resale Policy
At Products purchased from Enhanced Supplements are intended for personal use only and may not be resold.
Backorders
If an item in your order is out of stock after processing, we will ship the rest of your order immediately. Backordered items will be shipped as soon as they become available at no additional cost. If your order consists of only one item, we will notify you if it is out of stock. We do not substitute alternative flavors, brands, or products. Backorders are typically shipped within 7-10 business days. For delays exceeding 10 business days, we will contact you to discuss alternative arrangements or provide an updated ETA.
Sales Tax
Orders delivered to all provinces are subject to applicable taxes. GST or HST will be applied based on your delivery location.
Coupon Codes & Free Reward Offers
Free reward offers are not valid during site-wide sales or discounts. Coupon codes allow you to take advantage of exclusive promotions, discounts, or freebies. Only one coupon code or free reward offer can be used per order and must be entered at the second-to-last page of the checkout process. The subtotal of your order must exceed $20 for the code to be applied.
For phone orders, please mention your chosen coupon code to our sales representatives to ensure it is applied to your order, provided the code is active and available at the time of purchase.
